How it works:
the use of three-phase induction motor drives the eccentric shaft rotation,led by the eccentric rotation axis connecting rod,connecting rod to drive even the seat,even the seat edge will be driven by dynamic simulation ;scheduled to die by the knife-edge tighten the bolts in the body;stick frame by feeding material into the discharge port,due to the dynamic simulation of transverse shear blade has been cut.in addition,the model also has a thimble body,which can precisely control the length of material cut.
Cut the bar with the model can reduce processing costs,improve efficiency,high precision machining.
