I. Overview

This module adopts a standard industrial-grade printed circuit board design (with dimensions approximately 254mm×178mm×25mm), which is compatible with the dedicated cabinet slots of the GE Mark series. It realizes high-speed data interaction (with a transmission rate of 40MB/s) with the Mark VI/VI E main controller via the backplane bus. The surface of the module is coated with an electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistant layer, and key components (such as D/A converters and LVDT signal amplifiers) are equipped with metal shielding covers. The pin soldering process complies with the IPC-A-610 Class 3 industrial standard, enabling the module to withstand high-frequency electromagnetic interference in industrial sites (e.g., interference from frequency converters and high-voltage motors) and operate within a wide temperature range (-20℃~65℃). It meets the strict requirements for real-time performance and reliability in turbine control, and is particularly suitable for high-power turbine scenarios that demand high servo control precision.

IV. Working Principle

1. Command Reception Stage: Based on the turbine operating conditions (such as grid load demand and speed feedback value), the GE Mark VI/VI E main controller calculates the target opening of the steam/fuel valve (e.g., "steam valve opening 60%") and sends the digital control command to the IS200TSVCH1ADC via the backplane bus.

2. Servo Drive Stage: The built-in 16-bit D/A converter of the module converts the digital command into an analog drive signal (e.g., a 14.4mA current corresponding to 60% opening). This signal is sent to the electro-hydraulic servo valve through the output terminal, driving the spool displacement to adjust the steam/fuel flow rate and change the turbine input power.

4. Position Feedback Stage: The LVDT sensor detects the actual opening of the valve in real time and transmits the analog position signal to the LVDT processing circuit of the module. After the module filters and amplifies the signal, it converts the analog position signal into a digital signal through the 16-bit A/D converter and uploads it to the main controller.

5. Closed-Loop Regulation Stage: The main controller compares the deviation between the "target opening" and the "actual opening". If the deviation is >0.5% (e.g., target 60%, actual 59.2%), it issues a correction command to the module. The module adjusts the drive signal (e.g., increases the current to 14.6mA) until the valve opening reaches the target value, forming a closed-loop control.

Fault Protection Stage: If the module detects a loss of LVDT signal (e.g., cable breakage) or receives an external trip signal (e.g., turbine overspeed), it immediately cuts off the servo drive output, resets the valve drive signal to zero (valve shutdown), and uploads the fault code to the main controller. The main controller then triggers the emergency shutdown procedure in linkage to ensure equipment safety.
