I. Overview

This module adopts a standard industrial-grade printed circuit board design (with dimensions approximately 254mm×178mm×25mm), which is compatible with the dedicated cabinet slots of the GE Mark series. It realizes high-speed data interaction with the system main controller (such as the Mark VIE CPU module) through the backplane bus. The surface of the module is coated with an electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistant coating, and key components (such as signal amplifiers and power management chips) are equipped with metal shielding covers. The pin soldering process complies with the IPC-A-610 Class 3 industrial standard, enabling it to withstand high-frequency electromagnetic interference in industrial sites (such as interference generated by frequency converters and high-voltage motors) and a wide temperature range (-20℃~65℃). This ensures long-term stable operation under complex working conditions and meets the strict requirements of turbine control for reliability and real-time performance.

IV. Working Principle

1. Command Reception Stage: Based on the turbine operating conditions (such as grid load demand and speed feedback value), the GE Mark VI/VI E main controller calculates the target opening of the steam/fuel valve and sends digital control commands (such as "steam valve opening 50%") to the IS200TSVCH1AED module via the backplane bus.

3. Servo Drive Stage: The built-in D/A conversion circuit of the module converts the digital command into an analog drive signal (such as a 12mA current signal corresponding to 50% opening). This signal is sent to the electro-hydraulic servo valve through the output terminal, driving the spool movement of the servo valve, adjusting the steam/fuel flow, and changing the turbine input power.

4. Position Feedback Stage: The LVDT sensor real-time detects the actual opening of the valve and transmits the position signal (analog quantity) to the LVDT signal processing circuit of the module. After the module filters and amplifies the signal, it converts the analog position signal into a digital signal through the A/D converter and uploads it to the main controller.

6. Closed-Loop Adjustment Stage: The main controller compares the deviation between the "target opening" and the "actual opening". If the deviation exceeds the allowable range (e.g., >0.5%), it issues a correction command to the IS200TSVCH1AED. The module adjusts the servo drive signal until the valve opening reaches the target value, forming a closed-loop control.

7. Fault Protection Stage: If the module's self-diagnostic circuit detects LVDT signal loss, servo drive failure, or receives an external trip signal (such as turbine overspeed), it immediately triggers the protection logic: cuts off the servo valve drive output, resets the valve drive signal to zero (valve shutdown), and uploads the fault code to the main controller via the bus. The main controller then triggers the turbine emergency shutdown procedure in linkage to ensure equipment safety.
