This board adopts a standard 3U VME industrial board type (approximately 100mm in height, 233mm in width, and 20mm in thickness), with no independent operation panel. It achieves high-speed data interaction with control modules and I/O modules through the system backplane. The surface of the board adopts an industrial-grade anti-interference layout; key communication chips (such as Ethernet controllers) are equipped with metal shields, and the pin soldering process complies with the IPC-A-610 industrial standard. It can withstand long-term high-load operation and complex electromagnetic environments (such as motor start-stop and frequency converter interference), ensuring the stability and durability of the communication link.

To ensure the authenticity and security of transmitted data, the board has built-in multiple protection mechanisms: first, the data filtering function. It eliminates interference data during communication (such as spike pulses and error frames caused by instantaneous disconnection) through a sliding window filtering algorithm, ensuring that the data uploaded to the monitoring system accurately reflects the actual operating status of the equipment; second, network security protection. It supports port access control (MAC address filtering), only allowing authorized equipment to access the communication network to prevent illegal equipment intrusion; third, electrical protection. The Ethernet ports are equipped with ±2kV Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection and ±1kV Electrical Fast Transient (EFT) protection, complying with the IEC 61000-6-2 industrial anti-interference standard, and can work stably in complex electromagnetic environments.

• Troubleshooting Methods: ① Check the RS485 cable wiring (A to A, B to B), fasten the terminal block, and use a multimeter to measure the continuity of the cable; ② Verify that the serial port parameters (e.g., baud rate 9600bps, 8N1 format) of the third-party equipment and the board are completely consistent; ③ Measure the pin voltage of the RS485 chip (e.g., VCC 5V, RO/DI pin level). • Symptom: After the board is powered on, the RUN light flashes several times and then turns off, followed by an automatic restart. This cycle repeats, and the board cannot enter the normal operating state, with the communication function completely failing.

• Possible Causes: ① Unstable power supply voltage (such as +5V DC fluctuation exceeding ±5%, excessive ripple); ② Lost internal program of the board (such as damaged FPGA logic program); ③ Poor contact of the backplane bus (such as oxidized gold fingers, loosely inserted board); ④ Poor heat dissipation of the board (such as ambient temperature exceeding 60℃, causing chip overheating protection).

• Troubleshooting Methods: ① Use an oscilloscope to measure the output voltage of the power module, and confirm that the ripple is ≤50mV.
