Adopts switching power supply technology with stable output voltage and low ripple, adapting to complex power grid environments in industrial fields.

Supports redundant configuration: when the main power module fails, the backup module automatically switches in to prevent system downtime due to power outages.

Overload Protection: Automatically limits output or cuts off power when the load exceeds the rated power to prevent equipment damage.

Short-Circuit Protection: Quickly activates the protection circuit upon detecting output short-circuit to avoid damage to the power module and backend devices.

OverTemperature Protection: Equipped with a built-in temperature sensor that automatically reduces output power or triggers an alarm when the module overheats, ensuring operational safety.

Supports AC or DC input (varying by model), adapting to grid voltage fluctuations in different regions, such as AC 85-264V or DC 24V.

Achieves high conversion efficiency (typically ≥85%), reducing energy loss and operating costs while minimizing heat generation to extend module lifespan.

Features LED indicators for real-time display of power supply status (e.g., normal operation, fault, overload) to facilitate on-site maintenance.

Supports contact output or communication interfaces (e.g., RS-485) to upload status information to the control system for remote monitoring.

The AC input type converts AC to DC through a rectifier bridge, while the DC input type directly filters the input DC voltage to stabilize the input voltage.

Converts DC voltage into high-frequency pulse signals via high-frequency switching tubes (e.g., MOSFET), steps down (or up) the voltage through a transformer, and then obtains stable DC output voltage through rectification and filtering.

The output voltage is fed back to the control chip via a sampling circuit, compared with the reference voltage, and the duty cycle of the switching tube is adjusted to achieve stable control of the output voltage.

When overload, short-circuit, or over-temperature is detected, the control chip immediately triggers the protection circuit to cut off or limit output, while sending alarm signals through indicators or communication interfaces.

If used as a redundant power supply, the PW01 can be connected in parallel with other power modules to achieve "main-backup switching" through diodes or a dedicated redundancy controller, ensuring continuous power supply.
