The S72402 is the series number of the drive, while NANANA is a custom identifier. This drive features excellent compatibility, enabling it to work with various motion controllers and other devices. It is suitable for multiple fields such as industrial automation, robotics, and CNC machine tools. With high reliability, it can operate stably in harsh environments and is easy to maintain. It has the capability of high-speed and high-precision motion control, supports multiple control modes, can connect to high-resolution encoders, is equipped with various communication interfaces such as Ethernet and CAN bus, and also has built-in protection functions against overcurrent, overheating, overvoltage, etc.

• Multi-Closed-Loop Control Architecture: Based on three closed-loop controls of position loop, speed loop, and current loop, combined with advanced PID algorithms, it achieves sub-micron positioning accuracy, suitable for precision scenarios such as semiconductor manufacturing and electronic processing.

• High Dynamic Response Characteristics: Low rotor inertia, short acceleration/deceleration time (e.g., 0-3000rpm acceleration time ≤50ms), supporting high-speed start-stop and complex trajectory tracking (such as S-curve and trapezoidal curve planning).

• Communication Failure: If there is disconnection, short circuit, or poor contact in the communication line, check the communication line, repair the disconnection, eliminate the short circuit, and ensure good interface connection.

• Overvoltage Abnormality: It may be a power problem or a failure of the computer board or servo drive. First, check whether the power voltage is too high. If the power supply is normal, check the computer board or servo drive and repair or replace them if necessary.
