[Scope of application]:
Used for the measurement of wear resistance, pilling performance and surface changes of woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, pile fabrics, coated fabrics and nonwovens.

[ test pattern ]：
Mode 1: Circular samples and fabrics of the same material are rubbed under a specified pressure, following the Lissajous figure motion path. After reaching the specified number of rotations, the degree of pilling is evaluated. This principle corresponds to the standard test for fabric pilling degree (24*24mm).
Mode two: Under a specific pressure, circular fabric samples are rubbed against standard abrasives along the Lissajous curve, causing the samples to break. The wear resistance of the fabric is indicated by the number of times the samples break. This principle aligns with the standard test for fabric wear resistance (60*60mm).
Mode 3: Circular fabric samples are rubbed against standard abrasives under a certain pressure along a straight motion trajectory, resulting in sample damage. The wear resistance of the fabric is expressed by the number of wear times of the sample damage. This principle corresponds to the standard specified wear resistance test for fabrics (100mm).
[Instrument characteristics]:
1. There are three modes of motion trajectory:
Mode 1: The envelope surface is the trajectory of Lissajous (Lissajous) figure with 24 x 24mm
Mode 2: The envelope surface is a 60 x 60mm Lissajous (Lissajous) graphic trajectory
Mode 3: linear motion trajectory with a stroke of 100mm

3. The design of the non-flipping guide plate makes it unnecessary to move the sample.
4. PLC modular control, 7-inch color touch screen, Chinese and English dual menu operation.

6. The key components such as grinding head and heavy hammer are made of high quality 316 stainless steel.
7. Import needle roller bearings to reduce the friction force on the guide rod. Each table is formed in one time by CNC grinding machine to ensure that each station is on the same plane and the test results of each station are consistent.
