Possible Causes: The working environment temperature is too high, exceeding its normal working temperature range; the heat dissipation components on the board (such as heat sinks) are improperly installed or damaged; the aging or failure of internal components leads to increased power consumption and excessive heat generation. Solutions: Improve the working environment to ensure that the ambient temperature is within an appropriate range. Check the installation of heat dissipation components, such as whether the heat sink is closely attached to the heat-generating components. If there is looseness or damage, reinstall or replace the heat sink. For overheating caused by the aging or failure of internal components, professional personnel are required to detect and replace the problematic components.
4. Short Circuit Problem Fault Phenomenon: The power supply is short-circuited, causing the circuit protection device to trip, or some components on the board are burned out. Possible Causes: Damage to components on the circuit board, short circuits of pins, damage or short circuits of external connection cables, short circuits at soldering points, etc. Solutions: Disconnect the power supply and check whether there are obvious signs of damage to the components on the circuit board, such as charring or deformation. Use a multimeter to detect the resistance value of the components to determine whether there is a short circuit.
