The NR117K product is a step-down switching regulator integrated circuit with built-in power MOSFET.

Adopts current control method and supports ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors.

It has over-current protection, under-voltage action stop and over-heat protection functions.

Features soft start function to prevent inrush current during startup. The soft-start time can be set by connecting the capacitor. NR110K uses the function of an external signal switch to input a signal to the EN pin from the outside to turn the integrated circuit on and off.

Built-in phase compensation circuit, no external components required.

It is packaged in a small and thin SOIC 8-pin package with a heat sink with excellent heat resistance on the inside.
