Note: 1. Unless otherwise speci?ed, the surface coating for non-oriented electrical steel is designated as T4 coating. 2. The self-bonding surface coating is designated as Z coating. Following the procedures of stamping and stacking, the laminations with Z coating will be adhered by themselves after the treatment of hot pressing to assure the overall strength of the iron core. The procedure of welding or riveting is not necessary. It must be emphasized that the electrical steel strip and sheet with self-bonding coating shall be used within six months after ex-works.
