Introduction
The high-temperature UV flue gas analyzer adopted ultraviolet differential (UV-DOAS) technology and combined with Hot & Wet sampling technology to achieve direct measurement of high-temperature raw flue gas. It can simultaneously measure the concentration of SO2, NO, NO2 (other gases can be extended on request) in the emission gas from stationary sources of air pollution. Compared with the traditional Cold & Dry method analyzers, it requires no condensing equipment and can effectively avoid the condensation loss of SO2 and other sour gas substances, and reach the higher measurement accuracy. The raw flue gas can be analyzed through a simple flow path, so Gasboard-3600UV can effectively reduce the failure rate of the instrument and save maintenance cost.
Features
Hot & Wet Method: Raw flue gas is directly analyzed inside the analyzer through heated sampling line, without any condensing loss of SO2 and other components.
Low Detection Limit: Long optical path with multiple refletion design, suitable for ultra-low level emission monitoring.
Optical Method: Direct measurement of NO and NO2, no NOx converter required.
Good Stability: Optical path without any mechanical moving parts, strong vibration resistance.
Easy Maintenance: measuring chamber can be cleaned, convenient for maintenance.
Long Service Life: Pulsed xenon lamp source, good stability, more than 5 years of service life.
