1. PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

SY-HSY1 series crude oil water cut analyzer is developed for single well, metering room, pipeline transport, combined station, etc., suitable for oil-water two-phase flow and oil-gas water three-phase flow.

SY-HSY1 series crude oil moisture analyzer adopts plug-in structure installation and pipe segment plug-in structure installation, which is very convenient for on-site installation, maintenance and debugging, especially in the maintenance and calibration, there is no need to disassemble the main pipeline structure, to avoid oil discharge pollution of the site environment. 2.PRODUCT WORKING PRINCIPLE

SY-HSY1 series crude oil moisture analyzer adopts the principle of microwave measurement, analyzes and compares the changes of signal frequency, speed and power through the transmission characteristics of microwave signals in different media, and adopts the multi-sensor combination technology of our factory to collect data from multiple sensors and upload it to the data processing module. Through the mathematical model independently developed and established by our company, the data is processed to calculate the moisture content in the medium, thus making the measurement accuracy higher. The hardware and software adopt temperature compensation to solve the interference of the measurement environment and temperature drift on the measurement accuracy. A table can achieve water content, temperature information, etc. At present, our product data and water content curve can be displayed in the production command system at the same time. In order to realize the real-time monitoring of wellhead crude oil moisture content, ensure the production and development needs, and solve the current personnel shortage, frequent sampling and testing problems.

3.PRODUCT PURPOSE

Mainly used in the oil field, but also widely used in various oil and gas well formation analysis, production logging and other occasions.

The online oil moisture analyzer detects the moisture content of the oil as it passes through the probe in real time, and the data is sent wired or wirelessly to the DTU equipment near the derrick, which is then connected to the wireless public network. The workstation can obtain real-time detection data and query historical records by accessing the server. For the oil well in remote desert area and high cold area, it has important practical value to detect the water content of crude oil. The high-precision test results of the instrument can directly reduce the work of manual sampling and testing, realize the automatic exploitation and management of oilfield exploitation, and reduce costs.
