Automatic Powder Grinder with Ceramic Mortar

This machinery is a patent product researched and developed independently by our company in 2009. It is mainly used to replace the labor-intensive manual grinding in domestic production or material grinding experiment in Colleges and universities. It can be widely used in ultra-hard particles or micro powder grinding in chemical, electronic, pharmaceutical, metallurgy and other industries. The powder fineness can reach nanometer level. It is an efficient and labor-saving automatic grinding equipment.

Applicable conditions

1. Requirements for abrasive particles: no limit on particle hardness, particle size ≤0.5mm;

2. Grinding method: dry grinding or wet grinding;

3. Grinding temperature requirements: There have been quite many successful cases for some special particles (or powders) that are flammable and explosive due to temperature rise in the grinding process, but the specific situations can only be determined after further communication or test with us;

4. Requirements for grinding amount every single time: this machinery is particularly suitable for the grinding amount of 50g-300g each time (If the grinding amount needed is smaller, TYM120 laboratory powder grinder from our company is strongly recommended);

5. Particles (or powder) suitable for grinding: micro powder of super hard materials (such as diamond wheel abrasive micro powder), electronic micro powder (semiconductor micro powder, polysilicon micro powder), resin micro powder; pharmaceutical micro powder, chemical micro powder (such as iodine micro powder), food micro powder (coffee powder), and so on;

6. Applicable power supply: 220V.

Working principles

1. The ceramic mortar is driven by a slow speed motor to rotate (the bottom of the ceramic mortar is a grinding surface that meets the grinding requirements, hard, wear-resistant and very smooth);

2. The ceramic grinding rod is tightly adhered to the bottom of the ceramic mortar under the action of the compression spring.

3. The grinding bar is driven by the fast speed reduction motor, and the slow speed mortar rotates in the opposite direction, automatically grinding the coarse particles by rolling.

4. The grinding time can be set automatically according to the needs. In order to achieve the required powder fineness, it can be grinded repeatedly for a long time or many times.
