This product is a large-scale automatic grinding equipment, which is designed and produced to grind material, such as medical micro powder, super hard material micro powder, electronic micro powder, food micro powder, chemical micro powder, mineral micro powder, polymer material micro powder, dental material paste (wet grinding), ink (wet grinding) and other materials.

Performance and features

1. It is suitable for industrial mass production, either dry or wet grinding.

2. There is no blind area inside the mortar, so that the probability of the material being ground is equal, and the ?neness of the powder is absolutely uniform.

3. The grinding time can be ?exibly set, according to the speci?c requirements. The longer the grinding time is, the smaller the ?neness of the ground material is. The ?neness can be as small as nanometer.

4. The loss of materials can be very little, or even almost none, as the temperature hardly raises during the grinding process. Thus, this machine is especially suitable for grinding precious materials.

5. Sanitary design: the body is made of 304 stainless steel, which is especially suitable for the grinding of medicine and biological products.
