CCA Collection Magnetic Seal Mixer/ Agitator for Hydrogen Reactor enables the gas-liquid mixing through the dual impellers (upper and lower impellers). The mixer uses the most advanced technology of  self-priming turbine impeller and energy-saving propelling impeller, combined with the double seal technology of "magnetic seal + mechanical seal", to ensure the sealing effect in the mixing process. Also, the lower part of the bearing where is supposed to be in the reactor is equipped with mechanical seal to ensure that the bearing is free from corrosion.

Working Principle

1. CCA Collection Magnetic Seal Mixer/ Agitator for Hydrogen Reactor uses a patented technology (anti-seismic magnetic drive device) which is independently developed by our company. Through the structural principle of "static seal", it can achieve "zero" leakage of sealing effect. This product meets the strict sealing requirements of hydrogenation mixing, and ensure the safe production of hydrogenation mixing.

2. The lower layer is equipped with an energy-saving propelling impeller to distribute and disperse the hydrogen introduced into the bottom of the reactor efficiently.

The upper layer is equipped with a self-priming turbine impeller. The hydrogen floating out of the liquid surface is strongly inhaled by the self-priming turbine impeller through a hollow shaft, and is dispersed into the fluid by a strong centrifugal force.

The integration of self-priming impeller and propelling impeller to achieve the best process effect and the highest working efficiency of hydrogenation stirring is the most advanced process equipment in the current hydrogenation stirring specialization.

3. The lower part of the bearing which extends into the agitator reactor is equipped with a mechanical seal to ensure that the bearing in the reactor is protected from the "hydrogen embrittlement" corrosion of hydrogen to the maximum. This design will greatly extend the service life of the bearing.

4. The motor, reducer, bearing, mechanical seal and magnetic tile of this mixer/agitator are all well-known brands with high quality. They are made with good manufacturing process and a plenty of efforts. The core parts are tested and verified by dynamic balance, so they have excellent mechanical performance and operation reliability.
