This product is a dental resin paste grinding equipment customized by our company for a manufacturer in Changchun. It is an improvement based on the original QYM250 pneumatic lifting mortar grinder of our company. The single grinding rod (single pestle) in the original mortar grinder is improved to 2 grinding rods (double pestle) and a protective cover is added. Therefore, in addition to the "automatic control, ultra-fine grinding, pneumatic lifting" of the original grinder In addition, the grinding speed is effectively improved, so the grinding effect is better. It can be widely used for grinding super hard particles in chemical, electronic, pharmaceutical, food and other industries.

Characteristics

1. The machine is equipped with double pestle, which enables that the grinding amount is 1.5 times higher than that of single pestle. E.g. when the grinding material is mineral powder, the single grinding amount is supposed to be about 1-2kg.

2. This machine is equipped with a protective cover, which can effectively prevent foreign matters from falling into the materials that pollute the grinding during the grinding operation, and meet the requirements of health and medicine

3. The machine is equipped with variable frequency speed regulation, and the best grinding process effect is achieved through speed regulation control

4. The machine is equipped with a pneumatic lifting mechanism and a hand-operated turning mechanism of a mortar. A pressure cylinder is arranged for the pestle (also known as the grinding rod) of the mortar grinder. With the help of the pressure of the cylinder, the strength of the pestle to the inner bottom of the mortar is increased, so as to improve the fineness requirements of the micro powder grinding and further improve the controllability and production efficiency.
