Application area

It is used for ultra-fine grinding of super hard material micro powder, electronic micro powder, food micro powder, medicine micro powder, chemical micro powder, mineral micro powder, polymer material micro powder and dental material paste (wet grinding).

Principles and features

1. The solid particles with coarser particle size are ground and placed in the ceramic mortar.

2. The bottom of the ceramic mortar and the head of the grinding rod are hemispherical, smooth, hard and wear-resistant. A compression spring is arranged in the grinding rod, and the rod head is tightly adhered to the bottom of the mortar under the action of air pressure and spring, which can fully grind the abrasive particles.

3. Three pestles form the grinding rod group. Driven by the reducer, the grinding rod group rotates rapidly while rotates slowly at the same time. This kind of compound operation forms an ingenious crushing grinding effect on coarse particles.

4. Due to the grinding movement formed by ceramic mortar and grinding bar, there is no dead angle area in the whole grinding area of the mortar, so as to ensure the equal grinding opportunity of solid particles, and the fineness of micro powder is very uniform.

5. The selection of grinding time can be set by automatic control. After a reasonable period of grinding, the coarse particles are ground into very fine powder, the fineness can reach micron level, and the time can reach nanometer level.

6. This mortar grinder also has the advantages of small temperature rise and material loss.
