MMZ09332B is a two-stage, highly linear InGaP HBT broadband amplifier designed for use in cellular, micro area, smart grid, W-CDMA, TD-SCDMA, and LTE wireless broadband applications. It provides special linearity for LTE and W-CDMA air interfaces, with an ACPR of -50dBc, an output power of up to 23 dBm, and a coverage frequency of 130 to 1000 MHz. It operates from a power supply voltage of 3 to 5 volts. This amplifier requires minimal external matching and provides state-of-the-art reliability, robustness, temperature stability, and ESD performance.
