The vertical unit is installed on a horizontal plane, keeping it vertical without tilting. When installing a horizontal unit, the four lifting points must be kept horizontal to prevent one end of the condensate pipe from lifting and causing condensate overflow.

The inlet and outlet water pipes should be equipped with valves for easy adjustment and maintenance, and attention must be paid to the cleanliness and insulation of the inlet and outlet water pipes. The condensate plastic pipes should not be flattened or have dead bends, so that the condensate water can flow smoothly during use.

The three-speed adjustment switch of the unit should start from high gear and then select other levels. When multiple units are shared, it must be controlled by a single machine.

● Power supply for the unit: single-phase 220V ± 10%, 50Hz AC motor casing should be installed with a safety grounding wire. If the unit is difficult to start, it is necessary to check whether the power supply is normal and whether the wind wheel is in contact with the wind casing. When installing the unit, attention must be paid to not damaging the casing, heat exchanger ribs, and fan to avoid affecting aesthetics and performance.

The allowable operating pressure of the unit is 1.6MPa.

The filter should be cleaned regularly.

Regularly wash and keep the heat exchanger clean to ensure good heat transfer.

After turning on the power, the fan should be turned on first to observe whether the rotation direction is correct during the period.

If the unit is installed in a dark place, there should be an access door for year-round maintenance.

The unit should cut off the power supply during maintenance.

Environmental requirements for explosion-proof fan coil units:

1. The inlet cold water temperature of the fan coil unit should not be lower than 7 ℃, otherwise it may cause condensation of the unit; The temperature of the incoming hot water should not exceed 80 ℃ (usually 60 ℃), otherwise it may cause corrosion of the copper pipes of the unit heat exchanger.

2. The recommended operating environment temperature for fan coil units is 16-36 ℃ for cooling and 10-30 ℃ for heating; The relative humidity of the air is ≤ 90%.

3. The fan coil unit is only used as a comfort air conditioner and should not be used in special occasions.

4. Do not install fan coil units in areas with corrosive gases.
