Characteristics and purpose

Quickly wetting pigments; Both organic and inorganic pigments are applicable; Improve grinding efficiency; Good color development; Long term viscosity stability; Low foaming property; Extensive paint compatibility.

Scope of application

Waterborne paint and water-based ink; Pigment dispersion or color paste; Iron oxide, phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, phenol pigment, quinacridone, vat violets and lead containing pigment are dispersed.

Amount added and method of use

The addition amount used to improve the dispersion of grinding slurry is 2% of the total formula amount.

The dosage for concentrating color paste is 10-15% of the total formula

Add and disperse the pigment into the slurry before adding.

Storage

The product shall be stored in a cool and ventilated place, and the container shall be kept tightly away from heat and fire sources to avoid freezing.
