Characteristics and use

It is suitable for use as a wetting and dispersing agent for various inorganic pigments in solvent-based coatings. It has special interfacial activity and can help the wetting and deflocculation of pigments. Therefore, it can greatly shorten the dispersion time, adsorb on the surface of pigments to prevent backcoarsening, and make the coatings have good storage stability

It is a good activator for bentonite. Add VOK ?- The bentonite pre gel of Disponer 923S has the following advantages: shortening the dispersion time; Adjustable viscosity, easy to operate; Improve anti-settling and sagging; Improve storage stability

It can reduce the floating and blooming phenomenon of multi-pigment system

Addition amount and use method

As dispersant: add 0.5-2.0% of the total amount of pigment

As bentonite activator: add 30-50% to bentonite

Good results can be obtained by adding before grinding

Storage

Place in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tight and away from heat and fire sources

The storage condition is 0-40 ℃. When the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the appearance may be cloudy or separated. Please heat it to a clear state and mix it evenly before use

The container needs to be sealed completely before it is used
