1. Paint and printing ink

Features and advantages

The additive can reduce the dynamic surface tension and improve the wettability of the substrate. Especially recommended for high-speed construction. When added to the abrasive, it can reduce the viscosity of the abrasive, increase the gloss, coloring power and transparency, and reduce the floating color and blooming of mixed colors.

Addition method and processing guidance

When used to improve the wettability of the substrate, additives must be added to the finished coating; When used to improve the grinding effect of pigments, additives must be added to the abrasive. Use VOK?- WET 800N may have a slight foam stabilizing effect.

2. Adhesive and sealant

VOK?- WET 800N can reduce the dynamic surface tension, so it can improve the base material wettability of the system during high-speed construction.

Recommended use

This additive is applicable to all water-based adhesives and sealants. Especially suitable for high-speed casting, such as production tape (PSA).

Recommended dosage

0.2-1.2% auxiliary dosage (supply form) is based on the total formula.

Addition methods and processing instructions can be added at any stage, including post-addition.

3. Glass fiber impregnation

Features and advantages VOK?- WET 800N can reduce the dynamic surface tension of the impregnating coating, so it can improve the wetting effect of the glass fiber. Especially recommended for high-speed construction applications.

The recommended dosage is 0.7-3% of the additive dosage (supply form) based on the total formula.

The addition method and processing guidance can be added at any stage of mixing, and VOK?- WET 800 N  at the mixing stage may have a slight foam stabilizing effect.  

Detergents, cleaning and care products

Features and advantages VOK?- WET 800N can improve the substrate wettability of self polishing wax lotion (matt and high gloss). VOK?- WET 800N does not increase the smoothness of the system, does not contain fluorine, and does not affect subsequent construction.

Recommended dosage

0.1% - 1.0% additive dosage (supply form) is based on the total formula.

Addition method and processing guidance VOK?- WET 800N can be added at any stage, but it is preferentially recommended. The auxiliary agent is mainly used in the formula containing plasticizer, and volatile plasticizer shall be used in advance to make it into 10% active substance solution.
