German technical background VOK?- AP 8566 Wax dispersion without aromatic solvent

Wax dispersion without aromatic solvent, based on EVA copolymer, is used in solvent based effect paint system to improve the orientation of effect pigment. Prevent settling in tank and circulating pump.

Storage and transportation

The product is sensitive to temperature. It must be stored and transported below 35 ℃, and mixed evenly before use.

Special reminder

Granulation test method:

Disperse the wax additive at 4 m/s for 5 minutes, then add 20% butyl acetate, keep it at 4 m/s and stir for 2 minutes, and use 100 μ M Film applicator on glass plate

Upper scraper. The film shall be transparent and free of particles during drying.

Fineness test method: scraper fineness meter, ISO1524

Disperse the wax additive at 4 m/s for 5 minutes, and use 50 μ M Scraper fineness meter test, fineness: 20 μ m。
