Characteristics and purpose

VOK ?- The multi-functional structure of FX 600 ensures that it has strong interaction with most pigments. It can strongly adsorb inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide and iron oxide (yellow, red, black), and organic pigments such as fast red, magenta, phthalocyanine blue, and phthalocyanine green. It is also effective for carbon black and fillers. VOK ?- The strong adsorption of FX 600 and its special polymerization structure enable the pigment to obtain good stability in aqueous systems

It can be applied to a variety of resin and lotion systems, such as waterborne acrylic acid system, waterborne alkyd system, waterborne polyester amino baking paint, waterborne epoxy coating and other types of acrylic dispersion and lotion

It has good stability against pigment flocculation, good compatibility and can improve corrosion resistance

Amount added and method of use

Pigment dispersant in paint: the addition amount is 0.5-2.0% of the total formula amount

Pigment dispersant in the ink: the addition amount is 0.5-3.0% of the total formula amount

Dispersant/developer in pigment concentrate: the amount added is 1-15% of the total weight of pigment concentrate

As the composition and production process of the coating vary greatly, it is recommended to conduct pre test before use

For good results, VOK should be added before grinding ?- FX 600. The ideal step is to turn VOK ?- FX 600 is dissolved in water soluble medium, and then pigment and filler are added

Storage

Keep away from heat and fire. Keep in a cool and ventilated place and keep the container tight

The storage environment temperature is above 4 ℃ (40 ℉). In case of freezing, the temperature can be properly raised to recover
