When used in phthalocyanine pigments, VOK ?- Disper 2200 can reduce thixotropy and form Newtonian flow behavior. It also significantly improves color intensity and transparency, improves gloss and reduces fog shadows. In addition, due to its effective viscosity reduction, VOK?- Disper 2200 can increase the pigment content of organic pigment in pigment concentrate slurry. When used to stabilize carbon black, VOK?- Disper 2200 can improve the blackness.

The VOK?- Disper 2200 can be used in different ways during the dispersion process.

Depending on the dispersion parameters used (pigment type, pigment content, amount of additives), The VOK?- Disper 2200 can be used directly without pre dissolving in organic solvents or grinding resins. Add the wetting dispersant and pigment to the abrasive, and then the dispersion process can start immediately without waiting for the additives to be mixed evenly in the abrasive. The VOK?- Disper 2200 can be dissolved in the abrasive in just a few minutes.

If the dispersion parameter used does not allow VOK?- Disper 2200 is directly used without pre dissolution, so it is recommended to dissolve the auxiliary agent in the grinding resin. The specific method is to premix the grinding resin and/or the added solvent and auxiliary agent in the stirring state, and then add the pigment after they are uniformly dispersed.

Powder coating

In addition, it has long-term stability and the viscosity remains unchanged. The good deflocculating performance brings about very small and narrow particle size distribution, thus effectively reducing the filtering time of ink-jet ink.
