Galvanized Steel Plate/Sheet

Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI) is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface.
It has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to Zinc’s characteristic. Usually hot dipped galvanized steel sheet and galvanized steel coil process and specifications are basically the same.

SMOOTH SURFACE

The zinc layer has uniform thickness and strong adhesion. No peeling and good corrosion resistance. The surface is very smooth and clean, zinc flower is symmetrical, beautiful.

ZINC COATED

With the cold rolled steel of different strength and thickness as substrate, it isproduced through applying the zinc coat on both faces by hot dip process.
