Automatic transformer radiator production line
General
Our automatic transformer radiator production line mainly absorbed, improved & updated the technology and design of Germany GEORG & Canada MTM. The whole line is composed of automatic decoiler, roll former, press machine, magnetic turning table, multiple spot welder, side seam welding machine, head welding machine, side shearing machine, head cutting machine, and controlling cabinets, etc. The sizes of radiators are 320, 460, 480, 520, 535, or custom-design (as per client’s actual requirement). This line is fully automatic production line from coil strips to well-made radiator panels, all the processes are finished online. All parameters are set on HMI, the operating is very convenient.
Work flow
Decoiling→roll forming→hydraulic press→turn over table for two pieces joining →multiple spot welding→side seam welding→head welding→side shearing→head cutting→end product
