Auto ball valves (also named automatic swithing check valve) are mainly applied in various concentration plants, chemical plants, water treatment plants, large lubrication systems, etc. When they are used to transmit the slurry of concentration plants, the inner wall of the valve bodies are lined with rubber to prolong the service life; When they are used in chemical plants and water treatment plants, the valve bodies are made of stainless steel and the inner wall is lined with special anti-wear & anti-corrosive material; When they are used in large flow lubrication system, the inner wall is lined with polyurethane or other oil resistant rubber. When transmitting the slurry, the ball can automatically switch the slurry flow direction by starting or close the slurry pump. There is no need to manually open or close the auto ball valves, therefore the manpower is saved and the operation is convenient, which makes the operation of the whole process system more reliable.

1. Nominal Size: DN100~DN1200 (Clients can choose the size as per their working system)

2. Working Pressure: ≤1.0MPa (Generally working pressure is about 0.5MPa)

3. Seat Sealing Test Pressure: 1.0MPa

4. Shell Test Pressure: 1.5MPa

5. Working Life Span: For normal material configuration, the working life span of the auto ball valve is about 3~6 months. The working service life of the auto ball valve is closely related to the medium properties, such as the acid-base corrosivity of the medium, whether there are particles in the medium, particle size, medium temperature, etc.

6. Maintenance: Check and overhaul the auto valve every three months. If it is seriously worn, replace it.
