There are three types of bonnet design for forged steel flange gate valves. 

The first is a bolt bonnet. According to this design, the valve body and bonnet are connected by bolts and nuts with spiral wound gasket (316SS plus flexible graphite). Metal ring connection can also be used when customers have special requirements. 

The second design form is welded bonnet. The valve body and bonnet are connected by thread and sealed by full welding. When customers have special requirements, full penetration connection can also be used. 

The third type is pressure self tightening bonnet. The valve body and bonnet are connected by thread, and the internal pressure self sealing ring is used to seal the valve.

Models: Z41Y or Z41H, Z11Y or Z11H, Z6Y or Z61H

Nominal pressure: 150LB to 2500LB

Connection mode: flange connection; butt welded connection, Socket Welded connection, and Threaded connection

Material: forged carbon steel A105, LF2, forged stainless steel 304, 316, F51

Structural features: 

1. Full bore or reduced bore; 

2. Rising stem with bracket; 

3. Packing sleeve with self-aligning at both ends;

4. Bolted bonnet, threaded seal welded bonnet or self sealing bonnet with spiral wound gasket; 

5. Body back sealing; 

6. Socket welding ANSI / ASME B16.11; 

7. Threaded end (NPT end) according to ANSI / ASME B1.20.1.

8. Flange connection ANSI / ASME B16.5 (welding flange)
