semiautomatic cream filling machine series can be widely used for filling of the liquid and cream products manufactured by pharmaceutical factory, food factory and chemical product factory, including liquid medicine, honey, cosmetics, shampoo, washing-up liquid.

Operating instruction

1.        Operation mode: For each filling operation, only need to place container under the filling post, then automatic filling will start. When contain reaches under the filling post, the photoelectric switch post will automatically induce the container, send out automatic filling signal, conduct air-operated reversing valve, connect the cylinder piston to mover downward and start filling. When the preset filling quantity is reached, the filling activity stops and piston moves upwards to reset.

2.        Filling speed regulation: Air flow-regulating valve is installed on the joint of air intake at upper and lower end of cylinder. The piston’s speed can be regulated through regulating flow-regulating valve (picture. 5) and the flux of  (picture 7).

3.        Filling quantity regulation: Move the inducing switch installed in cylinder upward or downward (picture 6) to modify the filling quantity. 

4.        Air pressure regulation: Provide stable air supply for filling and avoid over high air pressure to damage the machine. Regulate the air pressure valve (picture 9) to reach to the working pressure within 0.6-0.8Mpa.

5.        Unstable measuring filling (sometimes excessive, sometimes insufficient): Disassemble the feed valve (picture 11) under the filler, possibly some foreign substances block the feed valve and cause blow by, backflow or leakage of materials to reduce the measurement. 

6.        Dropping leakage: Filling post (picture 10) is too large, or filled liquid has volatility, such as methyl alcohol, alcoholic articles. The valve needs to be disassembled and washed if there are foreign substances in materials. If cylinder body leaks materials, this means the piston has been worn down and needs to be replaced. And then regulate the central axis and connection axis of cylinder, then install the complete machine.

7.        The machine shall be placed on flat ground surface. Sloping placement will lead to inaccurate filling quantity. Regulate the fixed supporter (picture 3) under machine to make the machine reach to a level plane.

8.        Clean machine before use. Clean the machine in accordance with the different hygienic requirements on different filled materials. Operator may add the clean water into charging basket, start machine and conduct trial filling so as to clean all the parts of filling system.

9.        Before start machine, add filled materials or water with appropriate quantities into charging basket for lubrication action. Long time racing of machine is prohibited because the sealing ring will be worn down.

10.      The machine shall be cleaned regularly and cleaned respectively according to the different materials. Cleaning periodic time is 3-4 days for cream filling; and 5-7 days for liquid filling.
