One, structural requirements

The equipment is made up of a preheating tank, a filter, a concentrated tank, a condenser, a recycling tank, a vacuum pump, and so on. In order to adapt to the medium and small enterprises heating condition, the electric heating control mode of the device is also adapted to the heating mode of small hot water boiler. In order to improve production efficiency and obtain high vacuum degree, the machine specially designed a set of condensing device and water ring vacuum pump. For this reason, the user should have the following conditions: 1, a height of 3 meters, the area is 30 M², three, with a capacity of 2 40Kw line distribution box, if the use of hot water heating with 0.3 M³ hot water boiler; 3, equipped with a circulating water tank (about 1 M³) and 0.55 kW water pump, cooling effect of the water tank can improve the efficiency of concentration.
