Principle
According to 3D motion rule,the mixing barrel does multi-direction movements like rotating, swing, parallel moving, cross moving, overturn and tumbling. Affected by the pulling force of mixing barrel itself,the material inclined angle and rolling range will be increased to eliminate the disadvantage of centrifugal force, avoid the phenomena of specific gravity segregation, delamination, accumulation and mixing dead angle, completely ensure the materials flow and diffusion action, achieve the excellent effect of mixing.

3.The loading rate of this equipment is high and the mixing time is short. The loading coefficient of this equipment can reach 80% which is 2 times more than common rotary mixer.

4. Discharging cone of the mixing barrel adopts eccentric design to avoid the disadvantage of dead angles and residues and it's easy to clean. It meets the requirements of GMP.  

5.  Mixing barrel and machine rack can be separated and installed with color steel plates. It has long service life and it's easy to maintain.
