1. Uses and characteristics The reactor has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong production capacity. It is widely used in industrial sectors such as medicine, beverages, chemicals, pigments, resins, and scientific research.

2. Structural features The reaction pot is composed of a pot body, a pot cover, a stirrer, a heating jacket, a support and transmission device, a shaft sealing device, etc. The pot body, a pot cover, a stirrer, and a shaft seal are all made of Icrl8Ni9Ti stainless steel.

The pot body and the pot cover are sealed by flanges, the lower part of the pot body has a discharge hole, and the pot is equipped with a stirrer.

The pot cover is opened for feeding, stirring observation, temperature and pressure measurement, steam extraction and fractionation, safe venting and other process pipe holes .

The upper part of the pot cover is welded on the bracket, equipped with a reducer and a motor, the agitator in the pot is driven by the transmission shaft, and the shaft seal device is on the top of the pot cover.

The heating jacket is provided with inlet and outlet oil (steam) measurement, venting steam valves, electric heating cups and other connecting holes.

4, use and maintenance Before using the reaction pot, you must close the refrigerant inlet valve, drain the remaining refrigerant in the pot and jacket, input the material, turn on the stirrer, and then turn on the steam valve and electric heating power supply.

When the required temperature is reached, the steam valve should be closed first. With the electric heating power supply, after 2~3 minutes, turn off the stirrer. After processing, after the remaining condensed water in the jacket in the pot is drained, rinse with warm water as soon as possible, brush off the sticky materials, and then use 40℃ ~50℃ Alkaline water is thoroughly cleaned on the inner wall of the container and rinsed with clean water.

Especially when there is no material (heat absorption medium) in the pot, the steam valve and electric heating power supply must not be opened. Pay special attention to the use of steam pressure and not exceed the rated working pressure. To maintain the reaction pot, always pay attention to the working conditions of the entire equipment and the reducer.

If the reducer lubricating oil is insufficient, it should be supplemented immediately. The electric heating medium oil should be replaced every six months.

The safety valve and pressure on the jacket and the pot cover should be replaced every six months. Watches, thermometers, distillation holes, electric heating rods, electrical instruments, etc. should be checked regularly. If there is a fault, they should be replaced or repaired immediately.

When the equipment is not in use, it must be thoroughly cleaned with warm water on the inner and outer walls of the container.

Frequently scrub the pot body to keep the exterior clean. And the inner tank is bright, to achieve the purpose of durability.
