CX250 fan cool combiflex pneumatic brake
Fan cool combiflex pneumatic brake is composed of some modulars, it is matched with braking disk. This kind of brake is easy for operation and braking. Handong made DBK250 multiple caliper disc brake can well replace RE CX250 fan cool combiflex pneumatic brake in dimension and function.
DBK air caliper disc brake with multiple modulars, its braking torque can be adjusted in a large range via regulating air pressure. When air pressure larger, this DBK multi-disc brake's braking force is larger, too. When air pressure less than 0.6Mpa, its braking power is smaller. It is suitable for urgent braking and tension control.
This pneumatic multiple disc brake is extensive applied in aluminum foil machine, tissue machine, carton board machine, paper making machine, plastic film equipment, wire & cable machinery, printing machine, packaging machine and etc. On the other hand, it can be used in rewinding and winding machine for tention control.
In this case, DBK combiflex multiple caliper disc brake is used in paper roller unwinding machine, it is used for tension control. Brake is connected with safety chuck and steel bar for paper core unwinding.
