Product Introduction

With the development of science and technology, contact surface thermometers are widely used in aerospace, energy, electromechanical, chemical, textile, electric power and other fields, so the demand for calibration and measurement of surface thermometers is increasing. The surface temperature calibration system is mainly used to calibrate surface sensors of various sizes and types, such as thermistors, thin film sensors, surface resistance thermometers, strip sensors, surface thermocouples, etc. This product consists of a controller and a heater. It is easy to operate and has an intuitive display. It can start heating by simply setting the temperature. The temperature rises quickly and the multi-stage PID temperature control is accurate. The effective use range is up to 100mm in diameter.

DY-BM01 surface thermometer calibration furnace is a new temperature calibration equipment developed and produced by Taian Demei Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. According to actual needs, the temperature of this equipment can reach 400℃. It is mainly used to calibrate surface sensors of various types and sizes, such as thermistors, thin film sensors, surface resistance thermometers, strip temperature sensors, surface thermocouples, etc. This calibrator has fast temperature rise and fall, and can rise from room temperature to 400℃ within 40 minutes.

• Multi-stage temperature control: built-in multi-short PID, which can realize segmented temperature control, small overshoot and overadjustment, rapid heating, and small temperature control fluctuation

• There is a standard device jack on the side, and the standard device can be inserted directly below the center of the measuring surface to improve calibration accuracy

• Support RS232 communication, can be equipped with communication software
