MSM20-7 (non-consumable) miniature metal melting furnace

Introduction:

The MSM20-7 (non-consumable) miniature metal melting furnace is a small arc melting furnace that can invert the alloy ingots for multiple melting without destroying the protective gas atmosphere, and can simultaneously prepare multiple samples (fewer than 7) is the ideal equipment for the preparation of metal and alloy specimens by institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutes. It can be used for the preparation and purification of new alloy materials and their mixed applications.

1, with a Ø120mm furnace door, easy to take samples.

2, with front and rear viewing window, easy to observe the arc melting state.

3, vacuum chamber, copper crucible, starting electrode arc cooling method.

4, up and down the use of steering wheel design, operating joystick rotation.

5. In order to ensure that the alloy ingot is turned for multiple melting without destroying the gas protection atmosphere, a manipulator turning mechanism is used in the melting furnace.

6. The small size and large number of crucibles make it easy to make multiple samples and avoid contamination between samples.
