Product Description
The 1200 °C miniature open tubular furnace OTF-1200X-S is a small tube furnace, the maximum operating temperature of 1200 °C, the maximum power of 1200W, can be configured with a diameter of 1 "or 2" high-purity quartz tube. A pair of stainless steel flanges are arranged at both ends of the furnace tube, equipped with mechanical pressure gauges, stainless steel globe valves and pagoda nozzle joints, allowing the samples to be sintered under vacuum and gas protection.
Features:
1, double shell, with a circulating air cooling system.
2. High-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber insulation material is used in the furnace body to reduce energy loss in Chengdu.
3. The surface of the inner furnace is coated with alumina imported from the United States, which can improve the reflectivity and cleanliness.
4. In order to prevent heat loss in the form of heat radiation, two sets of alumina plugs are provided.
5, using PID controller, you can set 30 paragraphs of heating and cooling procedures.
6, has passed CE certification.
