SP-MSM32 High Throughput Melting System

Introduction:

The SP-MSM32 high-throughput smelting system is a high-throughput smelting system with multiple stations (the number of stations can be custom-manufactured on request) that is specifically targeted at the structure and phase diagram studies of the alloys. It consists of a vacuum glove box, X-Y-Z axis movable machine tool and an arc smelting furnace. It can smelt 32 samples at a time, and the maximum melting temperature can reach 3000 °C. This system will be a good choice for the exploration of a new generation of high-temperature alloys using alloy high-throughput methods.

Features:

1. The vacuum glove box shell adopts 3mm thick 304 stainless steel and the observation window adopts high-strength tempered glass.

2, water-cooled helium group (180mm × 180mm) × 2 fixed on the insulating floor. X-Y-Z axis position controller adopts touch screen control. After the program is set up and started, the controller can move the tungsten electrode to each water-cooled crucible according to the procedure for smelting.

3, equipped with KJ-5000 cycle chiller.

4. The system requires high-purity Ar gas, but also 5% H2+95% Ar to better prevent oxidation.

Gas Purification System

1. The automatic water purification system can reduce the moisture and oxygen in the glove box below 1PPM.

2. The dew point meter and oxygen analyzer (0-999ppm) are installed inside the glove box with an accuracy of ±0.1ppm.

3. A heating module is installed in the circulation system to regenerate the dehydrating agent and deoxidizer.

4. The automatic pressure control system keeps the air pressure in the glove box constant.

5. The operation used by the circulatory system is controlled only by a color touch screen.

Arc smelting

1, tungsten electrode: diameter Ø4mm, with cold water pipe.

2, tungsten electrode maximum adjustment stroke: ≥ 200 × 400 × 50mm.

3, water-cooled rake: diameter Ø25mm, a total of 32.

4, the maximum melting temperature: 3000 °C.
