PBG-typecanned-motor pipeline pump is an ideal alternative to replace horizontalcentrifugal pumps and vertical inline pumps,with characteristics of specificationdesign, high degree of common, reasonable structure,stable performance,lownoise, vibration and other notable features.

Applications:Industrial water-cycle, water pressure station, fire water, central airconditioning,circulation booster, central heating, urban drainage, landscapeirrigation.

Performance advantages

1.Compact pump structure, small size, beautiful appearance. Its low center ofgravity and the center of gravity of the vertical structure coincides with thecenter at the foot pump, enhance the stability and longevity of pump operation. 

2.Easy to install. Same diameter of inlet and outlet and the same center line,can be installed directly on any part of the pipeline as valve , and the lowcenter to facilitate piping installation and particularly easy for installment.

3.Smooth running, low noise, which shows high concentricity. Motor with low noisebearings, pump impeller with very good static and dynamic balance,vibration-free operation, improve the use of the environment.

4.No leakage. Use of corrosion-resistant carbide mechanical seals to avoid of pumppacking seal leakage problem, extend the life and ensure the operation of thesite clean and tidy.

5.Easymaintenance. Without disassembling the pipe, just remove the coupling nut out ofthe rotor for repair and maintenance.

1.PBG-type canned-motor pipeline pump common series for conveying water and otherliquids with physical properties similar to water. Medium temperature below 80℃. Suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-risebuilding boosting water, garden irrigation, fire booster, long-distance waterconveying, heating, bathroom and heating and cooling equipment and otherpressurized water cycle. Particularly suitable for high requirement of vibration,and noise, such as underground pumping stations, air conditioning andrefrigeration systems.

2.PBG-type canned-motor pipeline pump hot-water series for the heating system of civiland enterprises building with housing pressurized heating of hot water,recycling, transportation and other production process heat systems, such as:power plants, thermal power stations , waste heat utilization, metallurgy,chemical, textile, wood processing, paper and other industrial boilers, hotwater, temperature below 160 ℃.

3.PBG-type canned-motor pipeline pump anticorrosive series for conveyingcorrosive liquids with viscosity similar to water, and without solid particles.Suitable for textile, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, paper, food,pharmaceutical and synthetic fibers sectors, temperature -20 ℃ ~ 120 ℃. 

Working conditions

1.Maximumworking pressure of the pump system ≤ 1.2MPa, means pump inlet pressure + pumplift ≤ 1.2MPa,  system working pressure whenordering. When the inlet pressure more than 0.4MPa, or pump system workingpressure more than 1.6MPa, please specify specially when ordering, so thatusing steel materials for pump flow portion and coupling portion whenmanufacturing.

2.Applicablemedium: non-corrosive liquid medium, medium solid insoluble, the volume below0.1% of unit volume, particle size <0.2mm, please note when ordering if tinyparticles in medium.

3.Ambienttemperature below 40 ℃, relative humidity below 95%.
