Working conditions

Cantransport water or physical and chemical properties similar to water, non-corrosivemedia, the volume of solids does not exceed 0.1% per unit volume,please specifywhen ordering if there is tiny particles in media.

Mediumtemperature: -15 ℃ ~ +95 ℃;

Maximumworking pressure ≦ 2.5Mpa;

Ambienttemperature is below 40 ℃, relative humidity less than 95%.

Structure Description

Thispump is a vertical multistage segment structure, inlet segment, middle segment andoutlet segment are fastened together with bolts, installing impeller and guidevane for each stage, hydraulics balance for axial force, the residual axialforce withstand by one or a pair of ball bearings.

Speciallydesigned mechanical seals, which is taken out by removing the middle clampcoupling, with advantages of  easy replacementand maintenance.

Pumpis driven by a motor through vertical clamp coupling, clockwise from the motorside. .

Pumpinlet at the bottom, outlet at the top, and the relative position can bechanged according to user's requirements, 0 °, 90 °, 180 ° 270 ° are theoptions, usually 180 ° for delivery. 

Normalmodels of Y series motors can be matched. .
