Product Overview

SHWsingle-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump takes advantage of IS-typecentrifugal pump performance parameters and structure of horizontal structure,in strict accordance with international standards ISO2858 and the latestnational standard, with successful design and energy-efficiency, to be idealchoice to replace IS horizontal pump and DL-type pumps.

Performance advantages

1.Compact structure, small volume,beautiful outlook. The lower focus of the horizontal structure which coincidewith the center of the pump feet strengthens the stability of running andduration.

2.Easy to mount. Because of the sameapertures of both inlet and outlet which also locate on the same central line,the pump can be directly mounted on and part of the pipeline just as a valve.The motor is covered with a rainproof cap so that operation can be doneoutdoors. Mounting feet are equipped with the pump so that it can be stablymounted.

3.Stable running, low noise, highconcentricity of components. Bearings of low noise are used for the motor, theimpellers are of best dynamic and static balance, no vibration at running andthe environment thus being improved.

4.No leakage. The shaft ismechanically sealed with carbide alloy wearable material, setting the seriousleakage of the filling seal of a centrifugal pump, extending the duration andensuring the operation place clean and tidy.

5.Easy to maintain. Not necessary toremove the pipeline for check-out and maintenance ,only to take out the nuts onthe pump lid, the motor and the driving components.

6.The pump, according to the operationcondition of the worksite ,may be vertically, horizontally etc. and much moreways mounted and also according to the requirements for the flow and stroke,mounted in parallel and/or in series to increase the needed flow and stroke.

Working conditions

1.Max. working pressure of pump system≤1.6MPa,that means the pressure at the suction + the stroke ≤1.6MPa, thepressure of static tests is 2.5MPa, please notify the pressure for the systemat work when ordering. Also please specify if suction pressure more than 0.4Mpaor pump working pressure more than 1.6MPa, so as to use cast steel material forthe over flow and joint parts.

2.Proper medium: the medium forpure-water without corrosive liquid and the volume of non-melting medium solidshould not be over 0.1% of the unit volume and the graininess less than0.2mm.Please notify when ordering if there is small grain in medium.

3.No more than 40℃ of the ambienttemperature, no higher than 1000m of the above—sea level and no more than 95%of the relative humidity.

Applications

1.SHW series horizontal centrifugalpump is used to transport pure-water and other liquids, the physical propertiesof which are similar to those of pure-water, in industrial and cities’ watersupply and drainage ,high buildings’ booster water supply ,gardens irrigation,fire-fighting booster, remote water supply ,warming systems, circular boosterof cold & hot water in bath rooms as well as in completions of equipments,the operation medium temperature is below 80 ℃ .

2.SHWR series horizontal hot-waterpump is used to the warming hot-water booster circular system and theheat-transport system of production technology in the units where heat-supplysystem are available , such as the power station, thermal power station,residual hest utilization, metallurgy, chemistry, textile, wood-processing,paper-making etc. industrial boilers’ high-temperature hot-water, the operationtemperature is below 100℃.

3.SHWH series horizontal chemical pumpis used to transport the liquids containing no solid grain, corrosive and theviscosity of which is similar to water or the departments of light &textile industry, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electricity,paper-making, food, medicine and synthetic fiber etc. ,the operationtemperature is -20℃ -- +120℃ .

4.SHWB series horizontal non-explosiveoil pump is used for light & textile, chemical, mechanical etc., industriesto transport non-corrosive, inflammable, explosive liquids, the mediumtemperature is -20℃-- +120℃.

5.SHWHB series horizontal non-explosivechemical pump is used to transport the liquids containing no sold grain,corrosive and the viscosity of which is similar to water for the department oflight & textile industry, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgicalindustry, mining, medicine and synthetic fiber etc. the operation temperatureis -20℃-- +120℃.
