Structure of electric submersible pump:
ZDB submersible axial-flow pump is made up of submersible motor and axial-flow pump section. The motor and pump adopt direct connection, with voltage of 380V, 50HZ. The motor shaft extends from the lower cover, where a secondary mechanical seal is set together with oil seal in order to prevent water from flowing into the motor along the shaft.
The pump section consists of impeller, enclosure of impeller and guide vane unit. We design and provide corresponding installation system according to the practical situation of the pumping station.
The impeller of ZDB submersible axial-flow pump is semi-adjustable and the inner surface of the enclosure of impeller is spherical. When filling oil into the inner chamber of the guide vane, the oil storage shall not spill from the upper oil way of the oil chamber. There are two symmetrical holes in the sides of the guide vane, one is oil way and the other is vent hole. When filling oil, both holes shall be opened, one for oil filling and the other for air discharging. After the oil is filled in, screw down the two oil plugs. Examine whether the ring seal is damaged, and it must be replaced when damaged. Special anti-winding structure is used between the impeller and guide vane to prevent foreign matters from entering the pump and winding the impeller.
There is a sealed oil chamber inside the guide vane to act as a buffer for the leakage between motor and pump and to lubricate the mechanical seal.
