Maintenance:

1. The bearing oil of the motor shall be replaced after 5000-hour operation of the aerator, and the period for replacing the engine oil in the oil tank is one year, model L-TSA32 (turbine engine oil, First Grade)

2. The mechanical sealing and bearings shall be replaced in light of its wear condition, and the O-type sealing ring shall be replaced after its reinstallation.

3. In case of any failure during its operation which can not get solved by trouble shooting methods and its failure reason can not be identified, you shall contact the relevant department of our company for assistance instead of disassembling the machine without permission.

4. Regularly check condition of the muffler on the air intake pipe in time, and remove dust to prevent blocking which will result in reduction of air intake flow. For AR, it will also results in overload of the motor.

5. The totally enclosed type free maintenance bearing used in AR and JA aerators no longer need fill up grease and lubricant.

Connection of control cable:

Control cable is four-core, with the water-leaking protector between blue wire and wires of yellow and green, the resistance between two wires is above 10MΩ under normal circumstances; There is zero DC resistance between the other wires, with a heat protector between them.
