1. Blasting chamber: chamber wall is made from 12mm strong alloy plate with a high chromium content. And the edges are all with additional welding by stainless steel electrode. So the chamber is wearable and it will be of long life time.
2. Spinner hanger system: The track is designed according to the mobile carrier moving regulation. So it is of easy to control and with high safty performance. And the crane is of low failure rate as we use KADU electronic hoist.
3. Blasting wheel: High efficient blasting wheel, Taiwan made. It is of high blasting capacity, fast blasting speed, low noise, wide blasting angle and high efficient, etc.

Hanger Shot Blasting Equipment Advantage

Hanger spinner blasting machines are the preferred choice for workpieces that are not suitable for tumbling but allow themselves to be hung from a inverted "christmas tree" type jig ( for multiple workpieces) or a hook (for single larger workpieces).The machine is supplied with a work beam to allow the operator to load at a comfortable safe height and then present the workpieces to the drag mechanism for auto entry into the blast chamber.
Once inside the chamber the jig / workplace is rotated before the blast wheel(s) giving complete coverage. The blast cycle is controlled by an adjustable timer and a timed dir delay prevents the operator from opening the door until the blast cycle is completely finished and it is safe to do so.
