Principle of Operation

Dusty gas enters from the ash storehouse into filter, tiny dust particle is resistant outside the filter due to a variety of effect of filter bag. The gas releases through the outlet of filter after purification. With the passage of time, there is more and more dust on the surface of bag filter, filter resistance increases gradually. To ensure the resistance of dust collector in a range of control, pulse Controller signals, gradually opens pulse-solenoid, makes compressed air spray from injection pipe to the corresponding venturi tube (called primary air), and induces surrounding air (called secondary air) which is many times more than primary air into the air filter bag when high speed air flows through the venturi tube, leading to a dramatic expansion of the filter bag due to the effect of reverse pulse airflow quickly disappears, the filter bag then shrinks fast so that the dust attached on the outer side of the filter bag will be removed. At last, the falling dust will be discharged by dust removing system.
