Applicable to the heating components in plastic forming, plastic granulating machines, casting machines, and so on. We are experienced in heater making, and we perform scientific selection of materials and product manufacturing process design under the specific operation conditions of equipment, which help improve the operation security and service life of heating components.
Technique parameter 1). Specification and size of heater: to be customized as required 2). Heater material: copper, SUS430, SUS304, cast aluminum, cast copper, ceramic 3). Input power: to be customized as required

Note
1 Working voltage no higher then rated voltage by 10%. Environment humility should be no higher by 95%.
2 Wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and warming layer. Cover should connect floor correctly. Avoid connecting the corrupted and exploded medium and water for long. Conducting wire can stand part of the connecting wire temperature. Avoid screwing too strong.
3 Casting heater should be put in dry environment. Please check it again before it is used to make sure it’s safe. If the casting part heater is storage for a long time, please make sure the insulation resistance lower than 1MΩ. And make sure to bake it in stove around 200drgree for 5 to 6 hours before being used again. Or we can lower the voltage and heat it until the insulated resistance become normal.
4 Please fix the aluminum casting panel and make sure it is connected with the heated part closely to avoid Air burning
