Indoor Lacquer Putty

Features:      

This product is a new type painting (white color), suitable for the indoor wall general treatment before leveling, with good bond strength and damp-proofing function, environmental friendly, non-toxic, anti-aging, abbey the N type standard of Chinese building industry for indoor lacquer putty JG/3049-1998

Surface Treatment:

The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, and other loose materials. New plaster surface should maintenance about twelve days before inserting the lacquer putty, do not use cement paste for calendaring. If the wall is too dry, wet the wall before operation till there is no obvious water on the surface

Operation Process:

1, according to 37% percentage of water pouring the water into mixed barrel, then add powder, using an electric mixer to make particle paste, put it aside for a few minutes and then a little stirring, then can be used.

2, using spatula to scraping the slurry onto the surface, suggesting two or three times, the second time of scraping should after the first time done

3, when finishing the putty, according to the weather to polish within 1~2 days, just polish the marks, do not over-polish so as to affects the strength

4, about 5~7 days later, the surface can be operated, for earlier operation, suggesting alkali-resistant primer

Normal Amount:

About 1.5~1.8kg/m² under the smooth surface

Cautions:

1, this product requiring operating under 5℃~40℃ situation, never operate under raining.

2, never mix the dry slurry with water and use again

Store Method:

Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
