MB-09 Polishing Lacquer Putty

Features:      

MB-09 polishing lacquer putty is the thin coating putty owning strong anti-cracking function, can be inserted into other outer wall putty, and make the surface smooth and closed, reduce the amount of root paint or coating (especially the F-C paint)

1, single water putty: white paste, can be used directly, mainly contain water-based acrylic

2, oil-component putty: with main agent and curing agent, the ratio: main agent: curing agent=20: 1, before using mix them

Note: the mixed putty should be use within 4h

Surface Treatment:

1, the substrate surface should be stand, dry and clean, no grease, no curing agent, no release agent, without any approval embedded prints.

2, flatness <2mm

Operation Process:

1, using spatula to scraping mixed polishing lacquer putty onto the surface (requiring one or two times)

2, after 8h using sand paper for polishing

Tips:

a, using appropriate scraper to scrap the lacquer putty on the surface

b, mixing the MB NO.9 with water into paste, electric mixer can get better effect. put it aside for a few minutes and then a little stirring to strengthen the hardness.

Normal Amount:

About 0.15~0.2kg/m²

Cautions:

1, make sure the smooth and vertical rate of the surface before operation

2, never mix the dry slurry with water and use again

3, the mixed lacquer putty should be used up within 3h

4, polishing within 1~2 days according to the weather

5, for the base surface by cement paste calendaring, suggesting the MB external repair lacquer putty

6, just polish the marks, do not over-polish so as to affects the strength

Store Method:

Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
