Color Anti-moldy Gap Filler

Features:

Surface Treatment:

The gap should be clean, no littering or water, for the high water absorption ceramic tiles, pre-wet the gap

Color:

White, yellow, red, green, blue and others, totally 16 kinds

Normal Amount:

Average amount for each square:

       25*(brick’s length+ brick’s widen)*height of the crack*widen of the crack

                13.5*brick’s length*brick’s widen

  =       kg/m2 (the above units: mm)

This formula may be lager for the tiny crack, crack above 3mm can get the right result

Operation Process:

1, mix ratio: for thick crack: 25kg powder + 6-7kg water, for slit crack: 25kg powder + 8.5-9.5kg water

2, pouring water into the barrel, then add powder, using an electric mixer to make particle paste, put it aside for 5-10 minutes and then a little stirring to gain the better effect    

Tips:

a. sealing with a rubber knife, filling the crack with the mixed gap filler, press it into the tile along the diagonal cracks, and then scrape the extra

b. let air dry for 30-40 minutes and then thoroughly clean the tile with slight damp sponge or cloth

c. more than 24 hours after the sealant to dry, the remaining stains on the tile can be cleaned by water or special tile cleaner

Cautions:

1. never use acid cleaner to clean the finished gap filling tile

2.ever operate under raining

3.his product requiring the temperature between 5℃ to 40℃

4.his product is suitable for the cracks between 3-18mm; for the 1.5-3mm cracks, suggesting our slit gap filler; for the cracks above 18mm, welcome to make order by telephone

5.hen operate at large-scale area, it’s better to leave stretch gap; after 24h needs first nursing, 48h later for the second time, if under wet weather then no need for the nursing

6.or the permeable brick or unglazed tiles, our company proposed to use pointing method in order to limit contamination of brick

Store Method:

Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
