Application Material

Regular Paper, Kraft Paper, Non-woven Cloth, Film, Bond Paper, Aluminum Foil
Main Equipped with Emerson PLC and Highten touch screen, all the parameter are displayed on the monitor. You only need to setup the material roll diameter and thickness, the PLC will give a proper parameters for machine running automatically. Equipped with Emerson double frequency inverter motor, one(5kw) for material feeding, another(7.5) for tension control. All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated. Equipped with emergency switch.

Unwinding Tension Control

Equipped with automatic tension controller(diameter-calculating type) to provide stable tension.
Slitting Section
Equipped with two kinds of blades: Razor type blade and disc type blade. Razor type blade for thin material like foil and film, Min slitting width is 10mm
The disc type blade for thick material like paperboard. Min slitting width is 30mm
Equipped with automatic meter counter which will stop the machine when reach the pre-set length.
